Psychiatric Services

Restoring Hope is dedicated to helping you improve the quality of your life.

We are dedicated to helping you heal and grow. Many people struggle with mental health concerns that therapy alone cannot fully address. Many people also find that they are not yet ready for counseling because mental heath concerns like anxiety, panic, overwhelming stress, depression, mood swings, irritability, and more are getting in the way.

Our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners are here to help with medication consultations, medication management, and psychiatric assessments. They will listen to your concerns and get to know you, not just write a prescription. They will talk with you about if you need medications, then talk with you about what medications would be best. They are specialists in mental health concerns and will talk with you in a down-to-earth, practical, respectful way to help you achieve your goals.

Registered Dietitian

Food and nutrition are an integral part of our everyday lives. Every time you eat, you have the opportunity to heal and feed your health. My goal is to meet you where you are in your journey and together, we will move forward toward better health. Nutrition is a complex, confusing, and ever-changing topic. I am here to help you sift through the information and apply actions specific and appropriate for you.

I have been practicing nutrition for over a decade and my experience goes beyond the traditional education I received earning my bachelor’s and master’s degree in nutrition. My previous experiences include teaching in a higher education setting, teaching group classes, inpatient, long-term care/skilled nursing, weight management, GI disorders, and woman’s health. I love to learn and am always searching for opportunities to learn a new area of nutrition.
